This is the real deal!

The sort of neighborhood place that’s just so hard to find today. Fresh food cooked with love and care. Nothing overly fancy or contrived. No trendy this or that. Solid Italian food cooked like you wish your grandmother could. All the classic are offered with the Veal Parmigiana and all of the sea food dishes being “must-orders.” Don’t miss the Hotsy Totsy Shrimp (fried butterflied shrimp served with a hot marinara); the dish is such a stand out that several other local restaurants have added it to their menus. The only weak point, here, is the house salad which is tired and would be at home in a 1950’s tavern backroom. The value is outstanding, especially since it is BYOB. Go, eat, enjoy.
